Objectives Ø To build a public platform for international cooperation and interaction in technology and to promote the close partnership between the foreign institutes and companies here in Ø To facilitate a long-term transnational linkage among the industry, academia and government from both sides to conduct the substantial cooperation in forms of commissioned R&D, joint R&D, international technology transfer and commercialization oriented by the innovative needs from Jiangsu .
