I. Objectives

Ø      To build a public platform for international cooperation and interaction in technology and to promote the close partnership between the foreign institutes and companies here in Jiangsu

Ø      To facilitate a long-term transnational linkage among the industry, academia and government from both sides to conduct the substantial cooperation in forms of commissioned R&D, joint R&D, international technology transfer and commercialization oriented by the innovative needs from Jiangsu .

Ø      To provide a direct access for the world renowned R&D institutes, the technology transfer bodies and the companies to the technology needs and sponsored research from Jiangsu, therefore to explore the huge market opportunities.
