From November 1, 2022, the Consulate-General of the PRC in Chicago will change the E-mail Addresse for Inquiries of Consular Protection for Chinese Citizen and Health Code Application, The new E-mail addresse is as follow:

chicago_lb@csm.mfa.gov.cn

The current and new email addresses will both be available between November 1 to 14 as the transitional period. Afterwards, the current email addresse (lingbaochicago@gmail.com) will no longer process new Inquiries.
