From May 29 to 31, Consul General Wang Baodong visited the State of Minnesota, met with Mayor of Minneapolis Jacob Frey, Former Senator Norm Coleman, President of Minnesota China Friendship Garden Society Bill Zajicek, etc., attended the annual Gala of Global Minnesota, visited 3M, Mayo Clinic and local logistics and agricultural trade firms, and exchanged views on China-U.S. relations, the tariff war and strengthening sub-national exchanges and cooperation in various fields between the two countries. Consul General Wang also paid visits to local Chinese communities and the Chinese National Women's Football Team, which was visiting the United States.
