On July 25, Consul General Wang Baodong attended the 15th Annual AMEC Congressional Global Champions (formerly “Annual Global Community Oscars”) Gala 2026 in Chicagoland. During the event, he exchanged views with U.S. Congressman Danny Davis and other dignitaries, and presented awards to the Chinese-American awardees and the winner of dances contest. Nearly 1000 people, including local political and business leaders and representatives from multi-ethnic communities, were present at the event.
